According to a former US general being vetted as a potential running mate for Donald Trump, jihadis’ computers are full of pornography.
In his new book, Lt. General Michael Flynn, former head of the U.S.Defence Intelligence Agency, writes that the computers of Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL) jihadis seized by the U.S. were filled with pornography.
“We looked a ruthless enemy in the eye — women and children, girls and boys, raped and exploited, the beheadings stored on a laptop next to pornography,” writes Flynn in The Field of Fight: How We Can Win the Global War Against Radical Islam and Its Allies.
The book, which was released on Tuesday, is being serialized by the German newspaper Bild. “At one point,” writes Flynn, “we actually had determined that the material on the laptops was up to 80 per cent pornography.”
Flynn claimed that the pornographic material brutalized the psyche of the jihadists and enabled them to become desensitized enough to carry out the group’s atrocities.
He also said that closing down ISIS communications channels combined with assiduous intelligence gathering was the only way to defeat ISIS.
It was also revealed that assassinated Al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden also had an extensive pornography collection, which was seized by U.S. Navy Seals who killed him during a raid on his compound four years ago.
Flynn is rumored to be one of those under consideration to be Donald J. Trump’s running mate on the 2016 Republican presidential ticket. He was sacked as the head of the Defense Intelligence Agency for his stand against radical Islam at a time when the Obama administration was purging its documents and training materials to reflect his policy of “countering violent extremism” without mentioning any connection to Islam.

Did you know that a “truck attack” occurred in Nice, France, and that the driver had recently been convicted of “road rage”? Apparently we are to believe that an angry guy got in his truck and took out his frustration on hordes of innocent people. And while certain facts may be true (yes, the guy was angry, and yes, he drove a truck to commit his evil deed), they are not the underlying truth. And it is this underlying truth the West is so desperate to avoid.
The underlying truth is that Islam is totalitarianism that mandates the destruction of all things not Islamic as written in the Quran, the Sunnah, and the Hadith.
That’s pretty much it. It’s all you need to know. From this basic premise of world domination, all else flows. It explains the most heinous acts of violence perpetuated by Islamic terrorists, the most subtle form of creeping sharia that advances the caliphate by stealth means and everything in between.
Islam demands that Islam rule over everyone. And for Islam to rule, non-believers are given three choices: (1) convert, (2) pay the jizya tax and live as second-class citizens, or (3) die. This is how it’s been for nearly 1,500 years. Yet it would appear that a 1,500-year history of darkness, death, and destruction in the name of Allah is not enough evidence for the West to grasp what drives the enemy we’re facing.
So desperate are we to avoid facing the awful truth that a seemingly endless stream of insane things are spewed out on a near daily basis to convince us that the truth is anything but what it is. Case in point: our government asserting that recent terror attacks are a sign we are winning the war against ISIS.
(And as an aside, the war isn’t, or at least shouldn’t be, specifically against ISIS any more than their war against us is against people who live in certain ZIP codes. ISIS, Hezb’allah, Hamas, al-Qaeda, Boko Haram, the Muslim Brotherhood, and on and on all represent the same thing: Islam.)
We’re not winning the war against Islamic totalitarianism. We’re losing. Willfully, it seems. Our commitment to losing cuts across a broad spectrum, from political elites to academics to the media.
As to the last group’s coverage of the terror attack in Nice, they could have reported on how ISIS and other Islamic terror organizations urge Muslims to use vehicles to kill, a reality Israelis have been coping with for a long time. (Palestinians routinely run over Jews with cars while ISIS reminds them to “[r]emember that our war with the Jews is a war between belief and unbelief, so continue your battle and use all permissible means of fighting them – stab them, run them over with cars[.]”)
MEMRI further reported on the jihadist magazine, Inspire, and its detailed directions for how Muslims should use vehicles to maim and murder, excerpting from an article in the magazine titled “The Ultimate Mowing Machine”…
“Of all the crimes, killing one’s own mother is down there among the lowest,” states Pamela Geller.
She continues, “What motivated twin sons to brutally slay the woman who bore them? The answer: they submitted and she wanted to draw back from total submission. Submit to what? The answer is in the name: Islam.
“Islam is not like other religions. Honor killing, apostasy killing — reports of Muslim family members killing members of their immediate families in the cause of Allah is uniquely Islamic as is the whole of their holy war on the “unbelievers.”
The killing in the Saudi Arabian capital is believed to have been sparked after the family fell out with the brothers over their support for ISIS.
The unnamed mother reportedly objected to her sons’ plans to travel to Caliphate in the Middle East to join the jihadists battling US-backed forces.
She was reportedly attacked after telling the 20-year-olds she would report them to the Saudi authorities if they did not cancel their trip.
Khalid and Saleh Al Areeni were named as the perpetrators who carried out the attack in their family home in Riyadh on Friday.
Detectives believe the young men used meat cleavers to first stab their mother before chasing their father and elder brother, who were injured but not fatally wounded.
Believing all three family members to be dead, the two men fled in a stolen car.
Hundreds of people attended the mother’s funeral this weekend, which is being treated as a terror attack, while the twin’s father and brother remain in hospital.
Police caught the brothers around 60 miles away from the scene of the killing.
A statement issued by the Saudi interior ministry confirmed the attack was premeditated and the twins had links to ISIS.
An elderly Christian man living in Raqqa, Syria, faced forced conversion to Islam as he can no longer afford to pay the minority or jizya tax, a penalty enforced by the Islamic State to minorities living under its jurisdiction.
In a video posted by the terror group’s Amaq news platform, a man identifying himself as Mostafa Abu Alzer recites the “Shahada,” the declaration required to enter the Islamic faith, while also stating that his conversion is of his own free will.
While the majority of Christians have fled Raqqa and other parts of Syria over the last three years, Abu Alzer remained behind to protect his home, opting at the time, to pay the minority tax, according to Syrian sources.
In an ironic twist of fate, the man appears to have been used as a poster boy for an ISIS film released last year, “Until there came to them clear evidence,” a video featuring church demolitions, executions and interviews with the ‘lucky’ Christians who have been able to afford the Jizya tax.
“We paid Jizya, the one who comes to Raqqa (after paying Jizya) does not have to worry, whether he is Christian or even Jewish,” Abu Alzer says, looking into the camera.
There are approximately 25 Christian families left in Raqqa today, who are forbidden from leaving, according to the group Raqqa Is Being Silently Slaughtered, comprised of former journalists turned activists.
Raqqa, now the de-facto Syrian headquarters of the Islamic State, fell into rebel control in March 2013 in a battle between insurgents led by the Islamist jihadi group Al Nusra and Bashar Al Assad’s regime. Raqqa then became the first provincial capital under rebel control in the war.
Since the beginning of the Syrian civil war, thousands of Christians and other minorities have been forced from their homes both by Islamist rebels fighting Bashar Al Assad’s regime and Islamic State militants.
In areas controlled by ISIS, Christians have been given three options—to convert to Islam, to pay a minority tax or jizya or to face death.
The Foreign Desk exclusively reported on the kidnapping of hundreds of Christians in the Syrian province of Hassakeh in February 2015.
In 2014, ISIS published a list of seven restrictions that Christians in Raqqa had to follow in order to live under Caliphate rule.
In it, Christians were contractually obliged to pay the jizya, or minority tax, which in Islamic Sharia law is the amount of money paid by non-Muslims or “dhimmis” in exchange for protection.
The jizya was last enforced under the Ottoman Empire and since, only brought back by the Islamic State.
In addition, Christians living under ISIS are not permitted to build any new churches, religious facilities, nor are they allowed to repair existing ones, cannot publicly show any crosses, pray or recite the Bible in public, are prohibited from any acts of aggression against the Islamic State, are forbidden from stopping the conversion of any Christian to the religion of Islam and cannot sell pork products or alcohol to any Muslims nor consume these products, forbidden in Islam, in public.

FORT PIERCE, Fla. (Reuters) – The photo from Omar Mateen’s high school yearbook is hardly remarkable – a toothy, dimpled smile with a peach-fuzz mustache below a mop of black hair.
His transformation from high school football player to perpetrator of America’s worst mass shooting raises questions about whether red flags were missed over the depth of his apparent sympathies with Muslim extremists.
As families of the victims grieved and the nation recoiled at the scale of yet another mass shooting, a picture began to emerge of the 29-year-old killer as a quiet, devout person who in recent years displayed a hateful and violent streak.
Early on Sunday, he stormed a packed gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida, with a handgun and AR-15 semi-automatic rifle, fatally shooting 50 people before police killed him. Fifty-three others were wounded, many critically.
His ex-wife, Sitora Yusufiy, described him as “bipolar,” and emotionally disturbed with a violent temper. She said she had been beaten and otherwise physically abused by Mateen during outbursts in which he would “express hatred towards everything”. She was “rescued” by family members just four months into a stormy marriage that began in 2009 and ended in divorce, she said.
“He would often get into fights with his parents, but as I was the only one in his life most of the violence was directed towards me,” she told reporters in Boulder, Colorado outside a home where she was staying.
She said he aspired to be a police officer and had worked as a correctional officer at a detention center for juvenile delinquents in Fort Pierce, Florida, and had once sought admission to a police academy.

In Fort Pierce on Florida’s southeast coast, 120 miles (195 km) from the shooting, the imam at the mosque that Mateen attended for nearly 10 years described him as a regular worshipper who was quiet and rarely interacted with the congregation.
“He hardly had any friends,” Syed Shafeeq Rahman, who heads the Islamic Center of Fort Pierce, told Reuters. “He would come with his little son at night to pray and after he would leave.”
Rahman said Mateen never approached him regarding any concerns about homosexuals. He usually prayed at the mosque a few times a week, mostly in evenings and as recently as Friday, but he didn’t display signs of radicalism, according to fellow worshippers interviewed by Reuters.
Mateen was born in New York of Afghan descent but spent most of his life in Florida, attending Martin County High School in Stuart, a small city about a 20-minute drive from the Fort Pierce condominium where had most recently lived.
A classmate described him as a typical teen who played football. A school yearbook image of Mateen was seen by Reuters.
Samuel King, who was one year ahead of Mateen, said the two often spoke after Mateen graduated in 2004. King waited tables at Ruby Tuesday’s restaurant at Treasure Coast Square, a mall where Mateen worked at GNC, the nutrition store, he said.
King, who is openly gay, said the Mateen he knew until 2009 did not appear to be anti-homosexual.
“What is shocking to me is that the majority of the staff at Ruby Tuesday’s when I worked there were gay. He clearly was not anti-(gay) at least not back then. He did not show any hatred to any of us.”
While at GNC, Mateen lifted weights and “got really buff,” King said, describing Mateen as gregarious and talkative in the immediate years after high school. “Something must have changed” since he last saw him, he added.
Mateen’s father, Mir Seddique, told NBC News the massacre was not related to religion. He said his son turned angry when he saw two men kissing in Miami a couple of months ago.
The FBI twice interviewed Mateen for having suspected ties to Islamist militants. The first investigation took place in 2013 when Mateen made inflammatory comments to co-workers that indicated sympathy for militants, FBI special agent in charge Ron Hopper told a news conference in Orlando.
At the time, Mateen worked as a security guard at G4S, a British-owned multinational company that is among the world’s largest private security firms.
He joined G4S in September 2007, carried a gun as part of his duties and was employed with the company at the time of the shooting as an armed security officer, the company said.
G4S provides security to federal buildings in Florida.
Mateen was investigated and interviewed twice but the FBI was “unable to verify the substance of his comments,” Hopper said.
Daniel Kime, a security guard employed along with Mateen by at G4S in the Fort Pierce area, said he met Mateen briefly three or four times. “Every time I saw him he never smiled. If you said good morning, he’d just walk right by you, like he had a chip on his shoulder,” Kime told Reuters.
Daniel Gilroy, who said he was a co-worker of Mateen’s at G4S, said that Mateen’s anger was “constant.”
“Any time a female or a black person would come by he would use horrible words,” he told Fox News.
In 2014, Hopper said, Mateen was investigated and interviewed again, this time for suspected connections to Moner Mohammad Abu-Salha, an American citizen who became a suicide bomber in Syria in 2014.
Hopper said Mateen’s contact with Abu-Salha was minimal and it was deemed that “he did not constitute a substantive threat at that time.”
‘NOT A STABLE PERSON’
Hopper said Mateen was not under investigation or surveillance at the time of Sunday’s attack.
He said Mateen called during the massacre to pledge allegiance to Islamic State, also known as ISIS, which in recent years declared a caliphate over large swathes of Iraq and Syria. But the depth of that commitment is unclear.
Mateen also mentioned the Boston Marathon bombers during the call, which he made 20 minutes into the shootings, authorities said.
Mateen’s former wife said she met Mateen online about eight years ago and decided to move to Florida to marry him, according to the Washington Post.
“He was not a stable person,” she said. “He beat me. He would just come home and start beating me up because the laundry wasn’t finished or something like that.”
Mateen had a Florida firearms license that expired in 2013 and a state permit to work as a security guard, according to public records. He was registered as a Democrat.
City, state and federal officials were searching Mateen’s apartment in the Woodlands condominium building in Fort Pierce and had told other residents to evacuate.
